CHOCOLATE FACTORY
At Manufacture Paysac, we attach great importance to the sourcing of our raw materials.
We work with a specialized importer and have had the opportunity to visit partner farms to meet the producers directly.
Once the post-harvest processing is completed on these plantations, we roast the specialty cocoa beans to transform them into chocolate in our Manufacture in Lyon.
With artisanal and family know-how, we aim to offer quality products for everyone.

We make authentic and demanding chocolate.
We master the three essential stages for its taste and quality.We exclusively use specialty cocoa beans, cocoa whose cultivation and post-harvest treatment are rigorously controlled by the producers.
This cocoa reflects the diversity of terroirs and the aromatic richness specific to each origin.
All stages, from roasting to packaging, are carried out in our Factory in Genas (69), near Lyon.
